Gander Equality

Nowadays, it is not difficult to find that many gender equality problems are still serious. For example, some enterprises or factories will mark \"only boys\" when recruiting. We have to think about the question: \"is men really better than women?\"

现如今，我们不难发现有许多两性平等的问题依旧严峻。例如：有些企业或者工厂招聘时会标注“只招男生”。不得不思考这样一个问题：“男性真的更优于女性吗？”

There is no denying that men do better than women in some aspects, but women also have their own advantages.

不可否认男性在某些方面的确做的比女性好，但是女性也有她们独有的优势。

\"It's time that we all perceive gander on a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals.\" Emma Watson said in a speech at the United Nations. Every inch has its advantages, every inch has its own disadvantage .The discrimination can only bring harm but progress can only be achieved through mutual

cooperation. Because of gender differences, men and women play different roles in society and family, but these roles are same crucial.

So, in my opinion, the best way to build a happy family and a harmonious society is to tolerate each other, not to hate each other.

所以，在我看来构建幸福家庭和和谐社会的最好方法是互相包容，而不是彼此仇视。
