外企出口企业申请进出口

权的流程

一、到区外经贸局办理

张：Good mornig,madam,are you convenient ?, I want to

二、到所在地办理海关注册登记

张：Hello, I want to apply for the customs registration formalities.

张：I took a copy of the business license of enterprise legal

person, the registration record of foreign operators, the articles of association of the enterprise, the tax registration certificate copy, RMB basic door opening bank account proof, organization code certificate.

我带来了企业法人营业执照副本，对外登记经营者备案登记

三、取得海关登记证后直接在海关到电子口岸处办理电子口岸手续

领取《中国电子口岸入网用户资格审查登记表》，依次到市技术监督局、工商局、国税局进行审批。

市技术监督局：审核全部原件及经办人身份证，后将组织机构代

码证及登记表收好盖章，费用为90元人民币。

市工商局：营业执照副本及登记表

市国税局：税务登记证副本复印件及登记表。

然后在回到海关电子口岸中心继续办理电子口岸手续，费用1120.00元，将法人卡、操作员卡、读卡器买回，后拿登记表去海关（企管科）、外汇局、对外经济贸易局继续审批。 海关：IC卡

外汇局：直接办理出口核销备案申请

所需资料（原件及复印件，A4纸，加盖公章）： 申请书（固定格式）

对外贸易经营者备案登记表 营业执照副本 组织机构代码证

对外经济贸易局：《对外贸易经营者备案登记表》 四、出入境检验检疫局办理报检备案手续

五、开立外汇账户做准备

六、在国税局服务大厅办理出口退税登记
