摘要：the process for the manufacture of chewing gum can reduce the formation of'sugar' points. the method is to produce a matrix \édulcorante in a blender. discreteparticles of a non melt gum base, such as base gum pellets are commercially available,are then added to the mixer.these two ingredients are mixed until a homogeneous massis obtained. preferably, the matrix \édulcorante contains not more than 1% byweight of moisture at the time of gum base particles are added.
