摘要:The procedure and device for exact measurement of pressure in small
clarification plant or in small clarification plant with sequencing batch reactor procedureand other technical plant, comprises a pressure sensor connected to air conducting pipeline and/or components in connection with the pipe line. A process step is introduced onan end of the pipeline and/or the component in an area of water column, whose height isdetermined. In other end of the pipeline and/or the component, a rapid reverse flow ofthe air in an arrangement of the procedure and device is reduced or prevented. Theprocedure and device for exact measurement of pressure in small clarification plant or insmall clarification plant with sequencing batch reactor procedure and other technicalplant, comprises a pressure sensor connected to air conducting pipe line and/orcomponents in connection with the pipe line. A process step is introduced on an end ofthe pipeline and/or the component in an area of water column, whose height is
determined. In other end of the pipeline and/or the component, a rapid reverse flow ofthe air in an arrangement of the procedure and device is reduced or prevented throughinstallation of valves or other automatical shutoff device after disengaging the
component for the production of compressed air, so that an exact pressure
measurement takes place. The pressure measurement is carried out after disengagingthe component for the production of compressed air. Through the arrangement, thepressure measurement delivers exact readings for the ascertainment of the height state.The readings are introduced on a drive unit that evaluates the readings and thenprocesses in an arrangement in a program deposited in the control, so that controlinstructions are released in the arrangement of the procedure or informations aredelivered on the treatment step. A connection or opening is mounted, so that theresistance of the aeration membrane is bypassed and the measured pressure
corresponds directly to the height of the water column over the discharge point of theair. An insert is implemented in new plant and in existing units. The process like powereconomization, water quantity balancing, phosphate elimination and nitrogen eliminationis controlled and/or supervised. The functional supervision is carried out by componentslike compressor (4) or magnetic valve. The number, type and arrangement of thepressure sensor are varied corresponding to the measuring task. The number, type andarrangement of the valve or other automatic shutoff device are varied. The valve or otherautomatic shutoff device is optimized for the execution of the procedure, in which a largedensity is obtained through the installation of the stronger springs. Other technicaloptimizations count to the use of material suitable for the task or arrangement. Thepressure measurement takes place mechanically and/or electrically by other system.
