摘要:PURPOSE:To detect margins of an effective part along the swing direction of acondenser lens at the time of adjusting the swing direction of a condenser- reflectionmirror or after fixing it with screws for the reflection mirror and condenser lens fordetecting a scan line writing starting timing. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam is deflected bya rotary multiple surface mirror fixed at an optical box, and part of the laser beam iscondensed by a condenser lens 11 after passing through a slit 13 to be received throughan optical fiber 12, so a scan line writing starting timing is detected by its flux signal. Theslit 13 aperture widths changed in stages perpendicularly to the scan direction, so aperpendicular deflection of the laser beam at a scan position is detected by change ofthe flux signal, thereby margins of an effective part along the swing direction of thecondenser lens 11 can be detected and confirmed.
