摘要:A kind of online holographic microscope, can be used for analyzing videoflowing on a frame by frame basis, to track the three-dimensional motion of individualcolloidal particles. The system and method are capable of providing real time nanometerresolution, and measure particle size and refractive index simultaneously. The method forcombining Lorenz-Mie analysis and selected hardware and software by combinedapplication, the analysis can be carried and gone out in a manner of near real-time. It isunattended that effective particle identification method with enough accuracy can berealized initial position estimation automatic holographic tracking and characterization.
