摘要：To provide a clutch release device having a dust-proof structure which enablesreduction of an occupied area in a radial direction and can achieve smooth releaseoperation.SOLUTION: This device includes: a cylinder 2; a piston 3; a release bearing 4; a

cylindrical dust cover 5; and a dust seal 6. The cylinder 2 is disposed coaxially with aninput shaft of a transmission at an outer periphery of the input shaft and has a slidesurface. The piston 3 may move in an axial direction along the slide surface of the cylinder2. The release bearing 4 moves in the axial direction with the piston 3 to release a clutchdevice. The duct cover 5 is supported by the cylinder 2 at one end part, allows the piston3 to slide therein, and is spaced apart from an outer peripheral surface of the piston 3.The dust seal 6 is disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the piston 3 and aninner peripheral surface of the dust cover 5 and prevents entry of foreign objects to theinner periphery side of the piston 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
