摘要：The device has a flexible envelope (1) with a bottom (2a), a peripheral wall (3)and an opening (2b) through which a cardboard drum is introduced at an interior of theenvelope. Two lifting bands (4, 5) are fixed on the envelope, and form hooking buckles
(4a, 5a) at a side of the opening, where the drum contains reels of feedwires. The liftingbands and the envelope are made of natural or synthetic woven fabric material such aspolypropylene. A maintaining unit (7) e.g. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener), maintainsthe envelope around the drum.
