摘要：Ophthalmic compositions, such as those used to care for contact lenses,methods of preserving such compositions, and methods for disinfecting contact lensesusing certain of such compositions are disclosed. The compositions may comprise anophthalmically acceptable, liquid aqueous medium and, included therein, an effectivepreserving or disinfecting amount of a combination of certain oxygen-containing ionenepolymers and other antimicrobial agents, preferably certain urea components.
