homework, extracurricular activities, chores, and more. It can feel completely overwhelming at times!

But I've learned some helpful tips and strategies for taking control of my time. Implementing these has helped me feel less stressed, more productive, and like I'm truly making the most of my days. Let me share my secrets with you. Tip #1: Make a Schedule (And Stick to It!)

The first step is creating a schedule or routine for yourself. Decide when you'll do homework, when you'll have free time, when you'll do chores or activities, etc. Write it all down in a planner or calendar.

Then, and this is the hard part, you have to actually follow your schedule! It's so easy to get distracted and procrastinate. But sticking to your routine is key. When it's homework time, do homework. When it's free time, then you can relax and have fun.

Having a schedule will bring structure and discipline to your days.

Tip #2: Limit Distractions

Social media, video games, YouTube, and other tech distractions are some of the biggest time-wasters for kids our age. It's alarmingly easy to spend hours mindlessly scrolling or bingeing shows when you should be doing other things.
