embodiment of the present invention includes: adding to the ranging response messagea first field indicating the number of responses for CDMA codes included in the rangingresponse message and received from terminals; adding to the ranging response messagesecond fields indicating ranging code attributes as the responses for the CDMA codes bya value of the first field; and adding to the ranging response message a plurality of thirdfields indicating transmission parameter adjustment values corresponding to theindividual second fields.
