摘要：A filter device includes a filtering member (4) having a rough part (5), which is
comparatively low in a density of flow pores for flowing fluid, and a dense part (7), whichis comparatively high in the density of the flow pores. The filter device further includes asupport member (2, 3) that supports the filtering member (4) and has an inflow passage(31) and a discharge passage (21). The dense part (7) supports the rough part (5), and islocated between the rough part (5) and the discharge passage (21), and is supported by amechanical pressure applied by the support members (2, 3). The filter device is capable ofsupporting the filtering member (4) easily in a case member and securing a filtering areato enhance the performance of removing a foreign matter.
