摘要：A transparent resin composition comprising by weight (1) 65 to 99.9 parts of apolyolefin at least partially modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the anhydridethereof and having an unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride content of 0.002 to 5wt%, (2) 35 to 0.1 parts of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having anethylene content of 25 to 75 mol% and a saponification degree of at least 96%, and (3)from 0.5 to 200 parts per 100 parts of the copolymer (2) of a plasticizer. Articlesmoulded from the composition have excellent transparency, moldability, mechanicalstrength and moisture barrier properties. The composition utilizes, and is easily preparedfrom, the trimming and extrusion wastes of multi-layer packaging material comprisingsaponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene.
