Sparkle Vol. 612 / 3 Feb 2012 European Comission Publishes Amendment of Plastic Food Contacting Articles Regulation EU No 10/2011 On Dec 10, 2011, European Commission has published a regulation EU No 1282/2011 in the Official Journal of the European Union, which aims to amend the EU food contacting regulation EU No 10/2011. With effective from Dec 30, 2011, plastic materials and articles comes into contact with food stuff are required to comply with the new amendment.
