解决办法：
是在系统环境变量中设置，我的电脑-〉属性-〉高级-〉环境变量-〉系统变量中的新建 变量名为ANSYS_LOCK 变量值为OFF, _9 N |% _9 X
不设置也没有关系的，他一般只是不正常关闭ansys或在同一启动工作目录下存在相同的工作文件名，使得无法正常启动，这时一般会要求是否覆盖，输入y，再ENTER就可以了
