摘要：A pair of oppositely oriented cylinders are telescopically arranged to contain anassembly of piston, plunger and springs. One of the cylinders carries a recoil pad, and theother cylinder is mounted within the butt end of a firearm stock. Recoil forces areinterrupted in their transfer to the recoil pad by operation of the assembly.
