摘要：A method of preheating head chips in which a drive signal that drives mainheaters of the respective head chips is set so that ink is not ejected, and a frequency ofthe drive signal is set to be inversely proportional to a temperature rising rate of the
respective head chips. Auxiliary heaters and the main heaters of the respective head chipsare driven simultaneously to heat the respective head chips so that the head chips mayreach a target temperature.
