摘要：Disclosed is a gas sensor (10A) for controlling a concentration of oxygen and/or
measuring NOx by allowing a current to flow through an ion-conductive member forconducting oxygen ion, by the aid of a current supply circuit (14), wherein the current,which is outputted from the current supply circuit (14), has a pulse waveform (currentsignal) (Sif) having a constant crest value, and the current supply circuit (14) comprises arectangular wave-generating circuit (76) for controlling a frequency of the current signal(Sif) on the basis of an electromotive force (V2) generated in the ion-conductive memberto which the current signal (Sif) is supplied. Accordingly, it is possible to highly accuratelymeasure the predetermined gas component while scarcely being affected by the electricnoise or the like.
