patient relationship plays a guiding and fundamental role in creating

a harmonious healthcare environment 。However ，due to certain social ，ethical and moral factors ，the current physician—patient relationship is not favorable ，and various contradictions in physician—patient relationship are

becoming barriers in building up

a harmonious society 。In recent years ，the tense relationship between doctors and patients has caused extensive concern 。In

order to enable medicine return to its“merciful”nature and tension of relationship between doctors and patients，there’re

several points as follows 。

首先，重建医患信任。信任是建立良好医患关系的基础。第二，

加强医患沟通。医生与病人的有效沟通与交流是诊疗实践的重要

技术，它在对病人病情的认识，治疗和康复中都起着十分重要的

作用。第三，通过建立积极的医院形象包括医疗服务，质量和环

境来发展新型的医患关系。医院必须尽可能提高医务人员技术水

平和业务素质 ,确保医疗安全。第四，倡导健康的医院文化，促

进医德医风建设。最后一点，弘扬中华民族传统医学人文关怀的

In the recent years, as people's living standards improve, the demand for medical and health is growing, but China's lack of medical

resources.Therefore, hospitals and doctors has become the target of public criticism. The relationship between doctors and patients becomes more and more nervous.

What led to this situation? It must have many factors. From my view, there are mainly three aspects. They are doctor, patient and society. To the doctors, their ethics is becoming poorer. Saving lives is a noble and sacred work originally. But today, for the pursuit of economic benefits, many doctors ask for "red envelopesto patients and their families. It will reduce patient’s trust in doctors.

They may consider that the doctors would not do operation

Second, in terms of the patient, their expectations of hospitals and doctors are too high. The hospital received their money, and they have the obligation and the ability to cure disease. Moreover, patients are lack of medical knowledge. Third, in the aspects of society, the resource of health care is shortage. And the distribution is uneven. Chinese doctor's income is very low.and Medical costs are too heavy。

Facing nervous doctor - patient relationship, do we have no ideas

to better this situation? As a matter of fact, many things can be done. For instance, doctors should have medical ethics and humanities. Doctors and patients should communicate with each. Patients should know more knowledge of medicine. And countries ought to legal protection.

Although we have a long way to go, we have reasons to believe that the doctor-patient relationship in China is gradually improving.

One of the most important reasons for this issue is that the drug price is too high for the peasant workers to charge. So the price department should take the responsibility to adapt the price properly. In that case, the drug price can be accepted in the ability of the workers.

And then, the government should pay more for improving the medical facilities in the hospitals so that the sufferers can enjoy better treatment with less payments. Besides, the government can give some allowances to the peasant workers who just support their family with low wages. After all, they are working for the cities and making their contributions.

At last but not least, rising low-salaried people's wages is of great necessary in some cases.
