Another hotel had a very noisy air conditioning unit that kept me awake all night, and the staff were unapologetic when I complained about it.

Overall, I think that the quality of service in a hotel can make or break a guest's experience. When I stay in a hotel, I want to feel welcome and comfortable, and I want to know that the staff are there to help me if I need anything. A good hotel should also have clean and well-maintained rooms, and it should offer a range of amenities that cater to the needs of its guests.
