而随着世界范围内经济竞争加剧,人们生活与工作的失衡现象越来越明显。有调查表明:
作为受过高等教育的女性,由于家庭周期的特点,在职业生涯发展中形成“两个高峰一个低谷”。第一个高峰是毕业后进入职场的最初几年,在这一时期,女性或者未婚,或者已婚但无子女,可以在工作上投入较大精力。之后,随着子女的出生,很自然地遇到职业发展中的“低谷”。一般在35岁左右后的十余年时间,随着子女可以托人代管、逐渐自立,这时的女性又可以在工作上深入投入,获得了“第二个高峰”的时间和精力条件。
而我们刚毕业的职场新人,可能有更多的时间用于个人休闲、自我完善、投入工作,但这并不表明目标的实现、成功的取得会自然发生。作为职场女性,如果只是一味沉浸在“一个人的潇洒”中,任由岁月毫无计划流逝,即便可以实现物质丰富、生活轻松,但未免白白浪费了自身的独特优势,同时,也将无法满足“自我实现”的最终需求。因此,我们应该及早地做好自身的生涯规划,在认识自我的基础上确立生涯目标,根据自身实际和需求,结合环境条件,确立好中长期目标,并找到实现的路径。时间作为一种资源,若不妥善管理,就有被浪费的可能。若我们能把握好“第一高峰”与“第二高峰”自然连接的独特优势,这段“黄金时间”将能产生巨大的效益。所以我们应该根据设立的目标制定时间进度表,监控并限制生活中的“时间窃贼”等方法,妥善平衡职场与生活,成为时间管理的高手。对于我们即将毕业的大学生,在未来的职场生涯中,我们应该如何平衡我们的生活和工作呢?
首先,是认识自己,做个头脑清醒的人。清楚地知道自己喜欢什么,追求什么;对自己来讲,最重要的是什么。只有想清楚这点,才会在

What I thought I would do is I would start with a simple request.I'd like all of you to pause for a moment, you wretched weaklings, and take stock of your miserable existence.(Laughter)
Now that was the advice that St.Benedict gave his rather startled followers in the fifth century.It was the advice that I decided to follow myself when I turned 40.Up until that moment, I had been that classic corporate warrior--I was eating too much, I was drinking too much, I was working too hard and I was neglecting the family.And I decided that I would try and turn my life around.In particular, I decided I would try to address the thorny issue of work-life balance.So I stepped back from the workforce, and I spent a year at home with my wife and four
young children.But all I learned about work-life balance from that year was that I found it quite easy to balance work and life when I didn't have any work.(Laughter)Not a very useful skill, especially when the money runs out.So I went back to work, and I've spent these seven years since struggling with, studying and writing about work-life balance.And I have four observations I'd like to share with you today.The first is: if society's to make any progress on this issue, we need an honest debate.But the trouble is so many people talk so much rubbish about work-life balance.All the discussions about flexi-time or dress-down Fridays or paternity leave only serve to mask the core issue, which is that certain job and career choices are fundamentally incompatible with being meaningfully engaged on a day-to-day basis with a young family.Now the first step in solving any problem is acknowledging the reality of the situation you're in.And the reality of the society that we're in is there are thousands and thousands of people out there leading lives of quiet, screaming desperation, where they work long, hard hours at jobs they hate to enable them to buy things they don't need to impress people they don't like.(Laughter)(Applause)It's my contention that going to work on Friday in jeans and [a] T-shirt isn't really getting to the nub of the issue.(Laughter)The second observation I'd like to make is we need to face the truth that governments and corporations aren't going to solve this issue for us.We should stop looking outside.It's up to us as individuals to take control and responsibility for the type of lives that we want to lead.If you don't design your life, someone else will design it for you, and you may just not like their idea of balance.It's particularly important--this isn't on the World Wide Web, is it? I'm about to get fired--it's particularly important that you never put the
quality of your life in the hands of a commercial corporation.Now I'm not talking here just about the bad companies--the “abattoirs of the human soul,” as I call them.(Laughter)I'm talking about all companies.Because commercial companies are inherently designed to get as much out of you [as] they can get away with.It's in their nature;it's in their DNA;it's what they do--even the good, well-intentioned companies.On the one hand, putting childcare facilities in the workplace is wonderful and enlightened.On the other hand, it's a nightmare--it just means you spend more time at the bloody office.We have to be responsible for setting and enforcing the boundaries that we want in our life.The third observation is we have to be careful with the time frame that we choose upon which to judge our balance.Before I went back to work after my year at home, I sat down and I wrote out a detailed, step-by-step description of the ideal balanced day that I aspired to.And it went like this: wake up well rested after a good night's sleep.Have sex.Walk the dog.Have breakfast with my wife and children.Have sex again.(Laughter)Drive the kids to school on the way to the office.Do three hours' work.Play a sport with a friend at lunchtime.Do another three hours' work.Meet some mates in the pub for an early evening drink.Drive home for dinner with my wife and kids.Meditate for half an hour.Have sex.Walk the dog.Have sex again.Go to bed.(Applause)How often do you think I have that day?(Laughter)We need to be realistic.You can't do it all in one day.We need to elongate the time frame upon which we judge the balance in our life, but we need to elongate it without falling into the trap of the “I'll have a life when I retire, when my kids have left home, when my wife has divorced me, my health is failing, I've got no mates or interests left.”(Laughter)A
day is too short;“after I retire” is too long.There's got to be a middle way.A fourth observation: We need to approach balance in a balanced way.A friend came to see me last year--and she doesn't mind me telling this story--a friend came to see me last year and said, “Nigel, I've read your book.And I realize that my life is completely out of balance.It's totally dominated by work.I work 10 hours a day;I commute two hours a day.All of my relationships have failed.There's nothing in my life apart from my work.So I've decided to get a grip and sort it out.So I joined a gym.”(Laughter)Now I don't mean to mock, but being a fit 10-hour-a-day

fit.(Laughter)Lovely though physical exercise may be, there are other parts to life--there's the intellectual side;there's the emotional side;there's the spiritual side.And to be balanced, I believe we have to attend to all of those areas--not just do 50 stomach crunches.Now that can be daunting.Because people say, “Bloody hell mate, I haven't got time to get fit.You want me to go to church and call my mother.” And I understand.I truly understand how that can be daunting.But an incident that happened a couple of years ago gave me a new perspective.My wife, who is somewhere in the audience today, called me up at the office and said, “Nigel, you need to pick our youngest son”--Harry--“up from school.” Because she had to be somewhere else with the other three children for that evening.So I left work an hour early that afternoon and picked Harry up at the school gates.We walked down to the local park, messed around on the swings, played some silly games.I then walked him up the hill to the local cafe, and we shared a pizza for two, then walked down the hill to our home, and I gave him his bath and put him in his Batman pajamas.I then read him a chapter of Roald Dahl's
“James and the Giant Peach.” I then put him to bed, tucked him in, gave him a kiss on his forehead and said, “Goodnight, mate,” and walked out of his bedroom.As I was walking out of his bedroom, he said, “Dad?” I went, “Yes, mate?” He went, “Dad, this has been the best day of my life, ever.” I hadn't done anything, hadn't taken him to Disney World or bought him a Playstation.Now my point is the small things matter.Being more balanced doesn't mean dramatic upheaval in your life.With the smallest investment in the right places, you can radically transform the quality of your relationships and the quality of your life.Moreover, I think, it can transform society.Because if enough people do it, we can change society's definition of success away from the moronically simplistic notion that the person with the most money when he dies wins, to a more thoughtful and balanced definition of what a life well lived looks like.And that, I think, is an idea worth spreading.(Applause) 第五篇:平衡作文

“居庙堂之高则忧其民,处江海之远则忧其君。”范仲淹找到了为官与归隐之间的平衡。身处官场,就心系平民,多为百姓做好事。走出仕途以后,就多关心朝政,为国家发展做出贡献。正是因为找到了为官与归隐之间的平衡,不论身在何处,范仲淹都能以平和的心态面对。在朝或者在野,他都能施展自己的才华,实现自己的理想。他的生命就永远是有意义的。
对于古代的文人呢,能够步入仕途,飞黄腾达,是人生的头等大事。范仲淹找到了其中的平衡,让自己的生活美好而充实。那么对于现代人来说,最重要的应该就是物质与精神之间的平衡了。因为找不到这个平衡,太多人投机取巧想要一夜暴富,太多人精神空虚,碌碌无为。
当然,也有找到了物质与精神之间的平衡,从而快乐的生活着的人们。李灵,一位普通的乡村女教师。让村里每个孩子都能读书,是她最大的愿望。因为经济条件的限制,她只能骑着三轮车在大街上收购旧课本。在别人眼里,她一定是个“穷人”,但她不觉得自己是贫穷的。她在物质上付出,换来的是精神上更多更大的回报。这实现了她在物质与精神的平衡。其它人都在拼命索取的时候,她在默默付出,内心充实而快乐!
世间最难找到的,应该是生与死之间的平衡。大多数人都对死亡充满了恐惧。而史铁生,他却能从容面对生死。在经历双腿残疾后他曾三次试图自杀结束痛苦,但都没有成功。经历过这一切,他终于明白,死亡是一个早晚都会来临的节日。从此以后,他乐观的活着,虽然身患重病,但还是坚持写作,用文字鼓舞世人。他的节日最终还是来临了。在他的追悼会上,没有哀乐和花圈,取而代之的是鲜花和笑脸。他笑迎自己最后的节日,去到了另外一个没有痛苦,只有幸福的世界。正是因为找到了生死之间的平衡,史铁生才能乐观面对艰难的生活,淡然看待死亡。实现了生命的最大价值。
我们的生活需要平衡,当你找到了属于自己的平衡之后,就能以
平稳、乐观的心态面对生活。让自己的生活美好而有意义。

现如今,无处不提和谐,然而和谐来自于平衡,来自于人们内心的平衡,和人与自然的平衡。

人与自然的平衡,需要用心去创造。动物见人便“逃”这本是一种不正常的现象。所以我要赞赏冯骥才内心创造的平衡。还记得那篇课文《珍珠鸟》,没错,这篇文章给我留下了很深的印象。小鸟俯身喝作者的茶水,踩着稿件“哗,哗”直响。这只是其中的一个小片段。他们之间有信任,所以有这似乎神奇的平衡,一切也就变得和谐。而我一直认为,人与自然的平衡靠人来创造。少一点贪心和欲望,多一点爱心和自律,又怎能不平衡,又怎能有所谓不正常现象!
平衡,是和谐的最根本状态。它需要爱的滋润,需要乐观来支持。它温柔如水,亦如它与命运抗衡的强悍。我们所追求的就应该是这种平衡。因为那里有平衡,哪里就有和谐。

我们常常把人与自然间相互制约、相互平衡的状态称为和谐。平衡即和谐,是一种本不需刻意维护的自然状态。然而今天,我们却为了它焦头烂额,费尽心思。
在那个还没有出现工业的时代里,花前月下芳草萋萋是随处可见的常景,小桥流水曲径通幽是我们整个民族欣赏并追求的和谐意境。那时候,天与地平衡,森林与山川平衡,草地与农田平衡……整个自然与人类平衡,和谐,安逸,美丽。
正是因为曾经拥有,失去时才觉分外痛心。当这些美景不再,我们才开始向往田野,郊外。而城市里,拔地而起的高楼耸入云霄,拥挤的道路上汽车喘着粗气。我身处这个繁华却喧闹的都市,被高楼玻璃的反光晃伤了眼,被汽车不停喷出的热气熏晕了头。现代化都市与自然的平衡在哪呢?是北京一开春漫天乱窜让人恼火的柳絮?还是公路两旁被人为修剪得像剃了平头的灌木?现代化,太冰冷也太僵硬。自然在城市里,像是旧社会的小媳妇,战战兢兢,处处受气。在这里,世界的平衡,似乎暂时倒向了人类。
不要以为自然没有脾气。不说举国皆知的汶川地震到底是不是与三峡工程有关,不说南方闹腾不已的干旱雪灾与湿地破坏有什么关系,就说说工业化更全面的美国,去年的那场大灾难。石油大量泄漏,水体严重污染,海洋生物遭受灭顶之灾。可谁想得到,这场灾难竟是由一个小小的甲烷气泡引起?不,应该说,是这个气泡释放了自然承受已久的重压,像压死骆驼的最后一根稻草,把自然的愤怒一股脑放了出来。人类,在广袤的自然面前,终究只是个孩子。而且,我们还是做错了事,要受到母亲责罚的淘气孩子。最终,世界的平衡还是倾向了自然。
一味坚持“人定胜天”的人类打开了潘多拉的魔盒,放出了美食,豪宅,香车;也放出了可怕的地震,洪涝,暴风……我们要做的,不只是关上魔盒,为减缓气候剧变做努力,我们更应该做的,是读懂自然想要与我们建立的平衡。这种平衡,就是和谐。停止伤害自然,以一
颗卑微虔诚的心敬爱自然,人类才可能实现所谓“可持续发展”,才可能生活得快乐自在。
小桥流水人家的日子已一去不返。平衡已被打破,恢复谈何容易。但我们的努力不是枉然。亡羊补牢,其时未晚。
我深信总有一日,灾难不再频演,和谐的平衡之下鸟语花香,微风暖软。

我们无法移去人生天平一端里苦难的砝码,但我们可以在天平的另一端放入新的砝码去平衡困难,以求得人生的平衡之状。
有人用乐观的砝码去平衡困难。
15岁,在那个花苞即将绽放的年龄,她却被告知患上了骇人听闻的血癌,这一沉重的砝码沉甸甸的压在了她幼小人生天平的一端,然而她竟用坦然接受生命如花般殒落的乐观态度平衡了这一困难。你看,在田维的每一张照片里你总能看到这个大眼睛的小女孩在甜甜的笑着。她认真的走着每一步,书写着每一个字。如此平衡的人生状态着实让人难以想象那天平两端究竟装着什么。其实那里面很简单,一边沉重的让人几欲窒息的死亡,而另一边,则是决定要去过好每一天的乐观。
有人用灼热的爱去平衡命运的不公。
上帝把自己的疯狂最先传给了人类画师梵高,这既给了梵高对于艺术近乎于疯狂的热爱,又给了他除了提奥以外,再没有第二个人愿意接近他,了解他的处世态度以及创作风格。周围所有人的嘲讽厌恶,落满灰尘却无人问当津的作品,这如此巨大的命运磨难沉甸甸的压在了文特森人生天平的一端,可是当后人们看到那如火一般炫烂耀眼的向日葵,那星光流转月光四溢的点点星空时,人们不禁问道这由画中美丽的平衡折射出的人生平衡状态究竟是如何而来?其实很简单,在文特森那攀满娇艳欲滴的紫罗兰的人生天平之上,一端是被市俗抛弃的痛苦,一端是让他不再去牵挂外界,而去专注于画布之中涂抹人生百感的对艺术的炽烈的爱。
还有许多许多人,他们人生的天平都曾险些失衡拜倒在种种磨难的重压之下,然而巧合的是,他们最终都无一例外的找到了属于自己
的新砝码。
对于注定无法将巨石推到山顶的现实重负,西西弗斯选择了用不妥协的勇敢去平衡它。并最终成就了淡泊处世笑看风云变幻的人生平衡之状;面对接连不断的无情打击,残酷失败的重压,亚伯拉罕林肯选择了用百折不挠的坚毅去平衡它。并最终达到了令无数后人为之动容的辉煌的人生平衡之状;孔子遭厄,文王被拘,左丘明失明,孙子膑脚,司马迁身为所辱,然而他们却最终都找到了用中文国人特有的使命感去平衡周身的苦难的砝码,仲尼作《春秋》给后人留一副明镜,文王推演《周易》打开了中国人智慧的源泉,左丘留有《国语》给后人留下一句句妙语,《孙子兵法》引领后人走出竞争迷宫……他们最终都达到了人生的平衡之状:
如此多的人最终都找到了自己的新砝码去平衡人生之中种种的重负。难道这真的只是一种巧合么?
纷繁世间,总是有一样东西可以去平衡我们所遭遇的艰难苦恨从而达到人生的平衡状态,因此永远都不要去轻易的推翻人生的天平。?
