I, as a senior student who have rich experiences in speech contests, am writing this proposal to make some suggestions about organizing a speech contest.
The purpose of this contest is to improve student’s expressive ability when they are looking for a job. The topic can be “Excellent Presentation, Better job”, motivating students to develop communicative skills. Firstly, each college will be informed about this activity, and the target contestants are senior students. It is also necessary to hold prelude contest, semi-finals to select the best contestants in the final. What calls for special attention is that the time and place of each contest are clearly notified.
I do believe many senior students will improve their ability of oral expression which is helpful to find a better job. I hope you can find my suggestions effective and constructive. If you could take my advices into consideration, I will be highly grateful.
