Today was a special day – Labor Day. Our school organized a fun and meaningful event to celebrate this occasion. In the morning, we gathered in the playground and listened to a speech by our teacher about the importance of labor and the contributions made by workers everywhere. It made me realize how hardworking people are essential to our society.

After the speech, we divided into groups and participated in various activities. Some of us cleaned the schoolgrounds, picking up trash and making it look neat and tidy. Others planted flowers and trees to beautify our school. I was part of the painting team, and we decorated the walls with colorful pictures, depicting the beauty of labor and workers.
