【摘 要】Actively undertake service outsourcing is necessary to Jiangsu economic development,and is important to promote the service industry development,innovation capacity and international competitiveness.The development of Jiangsu service outsourcing industry can keep the fast growth of the economy,promote economic transformation and upgrade,solve the employment problem and form new point of

export.There exist restriction factors of talent bottleneck,small scale of the enterprise,high cost of business and poor overall brand image.It＇s needed to insist on offshore and onshore outsourcing combined,pertinently give policy support,polish ＂Jiangsu service＂ brand.%江苏省服务外包产业的发展对于保持经济的快速增长、促进经济转型升级、解决就业问题以及形成新的出口支撑点有重要意义,但是存在人才瓶颈、企业规模小、商务成本高以及整体品牌形象不强等问题。要创新和完善人才培养模式,坚持离岸外包与在岸外包相结合,有针对性地给予扶持,打造并擦亮＂江苏服务＂品牌。 【总页数】4页(P14-17) 【作 者】王玮
