端午节的习俗有很多,不同地域有不同的习俗,但都是⼤同⼩异的,裹粽⼦是每个地⽅都必不可少的习俗,在我的记忆中,每年快到端午的这⼏天,家家户户都是会包粽⼦的。每⾄这个时候母亲都会把粽叶⽤热⽔浸泡⼏个⼩时,再把每⼀⽚叶都冲洗⼲净,然后再开始裹粽⼦。母亲把⼀⽚⽚粽叶都卷成⼀个⼩⼩的圆锥漏⽃形,尔后⽤⼩勺⼦把糯⽶填进圆锥漏⽃形中,⽤筷⼦插实,之后⽤嘴中咬着的⼀根细⿇丝捆扎,再简单的缠绕⼏下,⼀个棱⾓分明的粽⼦就包裹⽽成了。再⼩⽕慢慢的煮个⼏个⼩时,⼀个个天带着浓郁的粽叶清⾹,⾥⾯的糯⽶嫩滑、清⾹四溢。那个爽⼝、那个⾹甜,真是难忘。
