Every year on the last Wednesday of August, the small town of Buñol in Spain hosts a massive tomato fight known as La Tomatina. Thousands of people gather in the streets to throw tomatoes at each other, creating a sea of red and a lot of messy fun.

2. Holi Festival India。

The Holi Festival, also known as the Festival of Colors, is celebrated in India and Nepal to mark the arrival of spring. Participants throw colored powder and water at each

other, dance, and enjoy traditional foods and music.

3. Running of the Bulls Pamplona, Spain。

The Running of the Bulls is a famous event that takes place during the San Fermín festival in Pamplona, Spain. Brave (or perhaps foolish) participants run through the streets chased by a herd of bulls, trying to avoid being gored.

4. Day of the Dead Mexico。

The Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, is a holiday celebrated in Mexico and other Latin American countries to honor deceased loved ones. Families create altars with photos, candles, and offerings of food and drink, and visit cemeteries to clean and decorate graves.

5. Cherry Blossom Festival Japan。

In Japan, the arrival of spring is celebrated with the Cherry Blossom Festival, or Hanami. People gather under the

blooming cherry trees to have picnics, drink sake, and admire the beautiful pink flowers.
