摘要：The present invention relates to the treatment of coronary heart disease byrevascularization therapy, and more particularly to the intramyocardial injection of apharmaceutical composition comprising a recombinant fibroblast growth factor-1 proteinor a fragment of a recombinant fibroblast growth factor-1 protein, optionally, with aphysiologic glue for inducing local neoangiogenesis in ischemic myocardium.
