摘要：A method of operating one or more information presentation devices (601) ofan electronic messaging system within a facility in which an individual (702) may conduct a
transaction. The individual is provided with a wireless emission tag (16, 716) that isoperative to generate wireless emissions monitored at a plurality of spaced apart tagemission readers (10) of a geolocation system installed at the facility, and the output ofsaid tag emission readers (10) is processed to geolocate said tag (16, 716) and therebysaid individual (702). An information presentation device (601) of the electronic messagingsystem that is proximate to an area of said facility in which said individual (702) has beengeolocated is controllably operated to produce a message specific to the individual.
