一、工程概况 Project profiles
1. 本工程为上海迪士尼乐园坐落在上海国际旅游度假中心。根据设计要求和业主
施工节点的要求，拟对飞越707屋面上设备进行吊装，故编制本方案指导施工。 飞越707主要按屋面标高划分为高区、低区，屋面标高最高18.5米。整个屋面上19处设有设备，重量最重为14.5吨。在屋面施工结束后开始对其采用汽车吊在场外进行吊装。
Shanghai Disneyland project is located in the center of Shanghai International Tourism Resort。According to the requirements of design and the owner’s construction milestones, it is contemplated to carryout hoisting for the roofing equipments in Soaring-707; therefore deriving the preparation of the plan guiding the construction。The elevations of 707-roofing may well primarily divided as the higher zone and the lower zone, wherein the highest roofing elevation is 18.5 m.

三、吊装方法及吊装设备的选择

在屋面施工完毕后开始对屋面上设备吊装，主要选择汽车吊在场外对其进行吊装。选用130吨汽车吊车进行AH-1,AH-2,AH-3,AH-4,AH-5,AH-6,AH-8,SEF-3,SFE-4等设备吊装,AH-7拟选用300T吊车进行吊装，300T吊车资料后续提供。以下为130T吊车性能参数：

因现场的吊车占位为混凝土地面，吊车停靠位置不存在地面压塌的情况，因此不需要对吊车占位基础做处理。

All the personnel involved in the transport & hoisting under the organization by the engineer in charge should know well & be familiar with the installation drawings regarding the equipment location, the technical performance, the installation methods and special requirements. 2. 人员准备

所有参与人员必须有政府部门颁发其职务的合格资质证书，并经迪士尼审核合格后方可参与吊装作业：
All the participants must have certificates issued by government department for their duties and can then be involved in hoisting operation after passing the qualified checking by Disney:

③ 吊车占位点及设备临时通行道路承重复核，确保承重力满足设备要求后，方可进行吊装作业；

review the bearing capacity of the crane stationing and temporary access road for equipment transport to ensure that to meet the bearing requirements before hoisting operation.
④ 吊车占位点尽量避免布置在预埋管道及地下室的上方，若无法避免，则必须进行承重计算，确保无影响后方可实施；
Try to avoid the crane footprint above the embedded pipes and basements; can it not be avoided, you must do the load bearing calculations before implementing to ensure the acceptable range of impact thereon. 5. 吊装工期

具体步骤：
Specific steps:
1、 起重吊装之前的准备工作，在设备吊装之前，一定要做好充分和自行的检查和合适工作。确保设备安装到位，如果条件允许的情况下，可以适当的标出标记；检查设备的吊耳看一下是否符合起重吊装的要求。
The preparatory work before hoisting: Before equipment lifting, make adequate self-examination for suitable job. Ensure that the equipment installed in place, and appropriately mark the identities if conditions permit。check the lifting eyes or lugs to see if the devices meet the requirements of hoisting.
2、 起重吊装索的链接：主要包括：吊耳、电动卷扬机的拉力试验和方位上面的调整，还有拖尾系统的设定等等工作。
The linkage of hoisting cords includes: lifting eyes, orientation adjusting and tension test of the electric windlass, as well as the work of trailing system settings, etc.
3、 起重吊装设备的就位，需要根据岗位以及待命的情况，来检查信号系统是否正常，如果出现情况应该根据指挥员的指令来操作。
as crane hoister is seated, check the signaling system whether behaving properly according to the stationing as well as the situation request on call, if there is abnormal case, the operation should be based on the commander's instructions.
在起重吊装环节中，一定要安装如上步骤操作，否则在吊装过程中，非常容易出现各种各样的纰漏，最终将会影响损坏吊装设备和搬运设备，严重的会影响吊装服务人员的安全。一般在起重吊装过程中需要专业的人员来操作，避免出现操作失误导致的后果。
Be sure to follow the procedure accounted during the hoisting session, otherwise it is prone to a variety of blunders or mischief that will eventually affect the safety of lifting equipment & handling devices, or even service staffs for the hoisting。Generally it is required for specialized personnel to operate during the hoisting to avoid the consequences caused by operational errors.
七、吊装绑扎方法及钢丝绳的选择The Choice Of Wire Rope And The Lashing Methods

如上图所示设备吊装时采用钢丝绳绑扎，为保障在吊装时钢丝绳不把设备损伤需在钢丝绳与设备支架加垫橡胶护角。
The wire rope lashing / tying when lifting object as shown in the above, to ensure the hoisting wire rope does not damage the colossus, it needs to add rubber corner protectors between the stents and the colossus .
本工程设备吊装选用钢丝绳安全系数按6倍考虑，最大构件重量为12吨（AH-7除外，另做方案）。

采用4根钢丝绳绑扎，绑扎后每根钢丝绳与水平线夹角为60°夹角，单根绳所受的最大拉力各为：

卸扣的选择 Choice of Shackles
本工程设备重量最大为9吨，吊装选用额定荷载不小于10吨的卸扣，其余各跨主体结构单个构件重量在安装时选用相应的吊装用卸口，在使用前先对各个班组做专门的交底，首先必须保证安全。

The colossus weight of the installation project is up to 9 tons, the lifting shackles chosen shall not be less than the rated load of 10 tons。 During the installation of other objects upon the rest main structures, the corresponding loading shackles for lifting should be selected to match thereof. Prior to operation，make a special interpretation for each team, the safety must be first ensured.

八、质量保证措施Quality Assurance Measures
1. 施工人员配合业主、监理对到场设备按规格、型号、数量、外形尺寸、机组重
量、易损件等进行核对。

The construction personnel should check the delivered equipments with the owner / supervisors’ presence according to specs, type, quantity, size, group weight, wearing parts, etc..
2. 所有吊、索具进场前要进行鉴定检查，对倒链等工具要进行维修检查，发现缺
陷及时修理或更换，连接用的卡具要进行外观检查，如有变形或裂纹坚决不能使用。
The identification of all rigging & slings goes ahead before they entering the site, Inspect the chain block and other tools for maintenance, any defects discovered shall be promptly repaired or replaced; the linkage fixture should also be visually inspected, those cracking or warped should be out of use. 3. 受力索具不能直接与机身和机件接触。
To prevent the rigging slings under stress from being directly in contact with the object body and the mechanical parts.
4. 垂直水平运输时对各锚点、机械设备、钢丝绳等运输工具进行自检、互检，无
误后方可操作。
Carry out self-test & mutual inspection on vertical or horizontal transport regarding each mechanical equipment, wire rope, anchor point and other means, making sure thereof before operation.
5. 施工人员在吊装前均应做详细的运输吊装交底，对本次吊装有关事项、所承担
的工作范围、技术要求等进行培训，明确施工方案、施工难点、具体施工措施等，以保证整个吊装工作在严格的技术指导和控制下进行。
The workers should know well the detailed transport & hoisting clarification, and undergo a training matters on the scope of work, technical requirements, construction plan, engineering focus, specific measures to ensure that the entire hoisting process under the strict technical guidance and control proceeding.
九、安全保证措施Security Assurance Measures 1. 吊装作业前的注意事项。
Precautions before lifting operations; 1) 检查各安全保护装置和指示仪表应齐全。
Check each safety protection device & indicating instrument whether complete or not.
2) 燃油、润滑油、液压油及冷却水应添加充足。

fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and cooling water should be added sufficient.
3) 开动油泵前，先使发动机低速运转一段时间。
before actuating the oil pump, make the engine running at low speed during the previous time.
4) 检查钢丝绳及连接部位应符合规定。
Check that the wire rope and connection portion shall comply with the relevant provisions.
5) 检查液压是否正常。
Check the hydraulic pressure whether it is normal. 6) 检查轮胎气压及各连接件应无松动。
Check that the tire pressure and all fittings should not be loosened.
7) 调节支腿，务必按规定顺序打好守全伸出的支腿，使起重呈水平状态，调整
机体使回转支承面的倾斜度在无载荷时不大于1/1000（水准泡居中）。 be sure to observe the adjustable outriggers fully extended in sequence as provisions, so that the hoister jack keeps horizontal, adjusting the body so that the minimum inclination of the rotary bearing surface during no load be within 1/1000 (centering the level bubble) 8) 充分检查工作地点的地面条件。

9) 工作地点地面必须具备能将吊车呈水平状态，并能充分承受作用于支腿的力
矩条件。
The work ground must possess the conditions whereon the crane will be stationing horizontally, and can fully withstand the moment acting on any outrigger.
10) 注意地基是否松软，如较松软，必须给支腿垫好能承载的木板或土块。
Pay attention whether the ground base be soft, if so, boards or clods to bear shall be put beneath the outrigger padals.
11) 支腿不应靠近地基安放地段。
outriggers should not be placed on the lot close to any foundation base. 12) 应预先进进行调查地下埋设物，在埋设物附近放置安全标牌，以引起注意。

To investigate in advance into underground conditions and buried objects whereby placing safety signage to draw attention thereto near the buried objects 13) 确认所吊重物的重量和重心位置，以防超载。
Confirm the lifted weight and center of gravity in case of overloading. 14) 根据起重作业曲线，确定工作台半径和额定总起重量即调整臂杆长度和臂杆
的角度，使之安全作业。
According to the lifting operation curve, determine the radius of the rotation and total rated lifting capacity, namely adjust the angle of boom and the boom's length, so that it is in the safe operation。
15) 应确认提升高度。根据吊车的机型，能把吊钩提升的高度都有具体规定。
confirm the lifting height. There are specific provisions in accordance with each crane model & reached height apiece of hanger。
16) 应预先估计绑绳套用钢丝绳的高度和起吊货物的高度所需的余量，否则不
能把货物提升到所需的高度。应留出臂杆底面与叫货之间的空隙。 Margin should be estimably spared in advance for the desired height including tying ropes and lifting height of the goods, or they can not be uplifted to the desired height。Therefore, leave out void between the boom bottom and the hanging cargo.
2. 吊装作业安全注意事项
Security Considerations for Hoisting Operation 1) 安全保证措施，防止起重机倾翻措施
Safety assurance measures as well as measures to prevent the crane from tipping;
① 吊装现场道路必须平整坚实，回填土、松软土层要进行处理。如土质松软，应单独铺设道路。起重机不得停置在斜坡上工作，也不允许起重机两个边一高一低。
The site road coming down to hoisting must be flat and solid; backfill or soft soil to be properly processed; or even the way should be paved moreover. Cranes can not park working on a ramped area, nor will the crane sides stay within some height differences.
② 严禁超载吊装。

Do not overload to the lifting
③ 禁止斜吊：斜吊会造成超负荷及钢丝绳出槽，甚至造成拉断绳索和翻车事故。斜吊还会使重物在脱离地面后发生快速摆动，可能碰伤人或其他物体。
Prohibit abnormally oblique hanging: the oblique hanging would cause somewhere overloading or the wire rope out of slot, or pull off ropes and even cause a rollover accident。Deflected lifting of weights might happen sudden swinging off the ground, thus might give rise to bruising human or other bodies as well.
④ 绑扎构件的吊索须经过计算,所有起重工具,应定期进行检查,对损坏者作出鉴定,绑扎方法应正确牢固,以防吊装中吊索破断或从构件上滑脱，使起重机失重而倾翻。
The slings’ lashing should be calculated。All the rigging tools should be regular checked on the extent of damage to expertise。The sling lashing should be properly fastened to avoid breaking or slipping off the lifted cargo, so much so that the crane tipping by the weight loss.
⑤ 不吊重量不明的重大构件设备。
Do not hang the unknown weight of some major components of equipment. ⑥ 禁止在六级风的情况下进行吊装作业。

⑦ 指挥人员应使用统一指挥信号，信号要鲜明、准确。起重机驾驶人员应听从指挥。
Commanding staff should use the unified command signals which should be clear and accurate. The crane driver should obey the commanding. 2) 防止高空坠落措施
the measures to prevent falling from a height；
① 操作人员在进行高空作业时，必须正确使用安全带。安全带一般应高挂低用，即将安全带绳端的钩环挂于高处，而人在低处操作。
He who performs altitude operation must properly bear safety belts. The safety belt should be hung at a high position in general, the terminal shackle of belt cord hangs at higher, and the worker operates below thereabout.

② 在高空使用撬扛时，人要立稳，如附近有脚手架或已装好构件，应一手扶住，一手操作。撬扛插进深度要适宜，如果撬动距离较大，则应逐步撬动，不宜急于求成。
When using a crowbar at high altitude, he has to stand firm, if any scaffolding or components have been installed nearby, he should hold on to it with one hand, and the other one operating. The insert depth of pry bar should be appropriate; the large distant levering should be divided into gradual leverages, but not being anxiously Impatient for success.
③ 登高用的梯子必须牢固。使用时必须用绳子与已固定的构件绑牢。梯子与地面的夹角一般为65～70度为宜。
Ladder for staff ascending must be securely used. the ladder must be fixed fastening with rope to structural component when in use. The ladder stands at an angle of 65 to 70 degrees appropriate to the ground generally.
④ 安装有预留孔洞的楼板或屋面板时，应及时用木板盖严。 While installing floor or roof members with holes reserved in, should be promptly closed or covered with wooden planks.
⑤ 操作人员穿戴PPE全套安全防护用具方可上高空作业。
The operators must wear fully set of PPE prior to the altitude operations.
3. 吊车起吊作业注意事项
Precautions for crane lifting operations 1) 起升或下降
Lifting or falling;
① 严格按载荷表的规定，禁止超载，禁止超过额定力矩。在吊车作业中绝不能断开全自超重防止装置（ACS系统），禁止从臂杆前方或侧面拖曳载荷，禁止从驾驶室前方吊货。
Be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the load table; ban overload or beyond rated torque。During the crane operation, prohibit disconnecting the automatic overweight control(ACS system), and neither towing load that is at front or side of the boom, nor hanging goods in front of the cab.

② 操纵中不准猛力推拉操纵杆，开始起升前，检查离合器杆必须处于断开位置上。
Violent manipulating is not allowed on the joystick, before starting lift, check that clutch lever must be in the off position.
③ 自由降落作业只能在下降吊钩时或所吊载荷小于许用荷的30%时使用，禁止在自由下落中紧急制动。
Freefall drop operation avails only for the hook block or load less than 30% of allowable rate; prohibit emergency braking on free falling.
④ 当起吊载荷要悬挂停留校长时间时，应该锁住卷筒鼓轮，但在下降货物时禁止锁住鼓轮。
While lifted load needs to stay longer in suspension, man should lock the reel drum, but ban locking drum in the fall of the load.

Rotation;
① 回转作业时，不要紧急停转，以防吊物剧烈摆动发生危险。 During rotation operating, do not scram by switching in case the risk of hanging object swing/wobbling severely.
② 回转中司机要注意机上是否有人或后边有无障碍危险。
The driver during rotation should pay attention to whether anyone on the machine or any hazardous obstacles behind.
③ 不回转时将回转制动锁住。
the rotation lock braking may apply when not in rotation period.

3) 起重臂伸缩臂杆。
Telescopic boom;
① 不得带载伸臂杆。
Do not extend crane boom with loading。
② 伸缩臂杆时，应保持吊臂前滑轮组与吊钩之间有一定距离。
While ranging the telescopic boom, maintain a certain distance between the jib pulley and the lifting hook.
③ 主付臂杆全部伸出，臂角不得小于使用说明书规定的最小角度，否则整机将倾覆。
As the main & auxiliary booms fully extend, the angle of boom to ground should be not less than the minimum specified in the instructions, otherwise the machine will be overturned. 4. 起吊作业停止后注意事项
Precautions upon termination of hoisting operation
1) 完全缩回起重臂，并放在支架上，将吊钩按规定固定好，制动回转台。
Jibs are to be fully retracted there-into, and be placed on the rack stand, have the hook secured according to the provisions and brake the rotary table. 2) 应接规定顺序收回支腿并固定好。
To withdraw and secure the outriggers as the sequence required. 3) 将吊车开回停车场位置上。
Then crane will be driven back to the parking lot.
十、设备成品保护Protection of Finished Products / Equipments 1．设备进场后，开箱检验位置尽量靠近其基础进行。无法运至基础附近时，先不开箱检验，待二次运输后再开箱检验，以免二次运输时损坏设备。
After the equipment arriving, begin the unpacking inspection as close as possible to its base position. If it can not be shipped to the nearby base, temporarily halt the unpacking inspection, which should be happen after the secondary transport in case damaging the equipment while the second transport.
2．设备二次运输时要根据设备包装箱或机体上标志的捆绑点和吊装点进行捆绑和吊装，钢丝绳和设备机体接触时，要垫以软木或胶皮垫保护。

while secondly transporting equipment, conduct constraint & hoisting according to the rigging points and lifting points on the crate or body of equipment according to index signs。where the wire rope contacts with the equipment body, cork pads or rubber mats are to be interposed as protected.
3．吊装和运输过程中要严格按操作规程施工，以免造成设备的人为破坏。 strictly follow the construction rules during transportation and lifting process, so as to avoid breakdown of the equipment.
4．设备开箱时，先清理干净包装箱上的灰尘和污物，用专用开箱工具（起钉器、撬杠等〉从包装箱顶板开箱，查明情况后，再采取适当方法拆除其他箱板，如有铁皮箍，要首先拆掉，不得用锤、斧乱拆，以免设备受震动。
The time unpacking the device block, clear away dust and dirt on the crate, and unpack with special tools (nail puller, pry bar, etc.),starting at the top plate of the crate, after identifying the internal situation, then take other appropriate means dismantling the crate boards; if any of iron hoop strips, first tear them down but not indiscriminately with hammer or ax, in order to avoid equipment therein subject to vibration.
5．由于施工时多专业交叉施工，对安装完的设各要用塑料薄膜或原包装材料再行遮护，并挂以明显的保护标志，以防施工时受到损伤和灰尘进入设备内部。
Due to the cross operations of multi-disciplinary construction, the installed equipment should be re-shielded by plastic film or the original packaging material hanging clear protective signs therewith, so to prevent damage during the construction and dust into the interior of the device block.
6．施工过程中积极同土建配合，注意保护土建己施工的结构。
Actively cooperate with civil works in the construction process, pay attention to the protection of civil engineering structures as built.
7．设专职工程防护组，随时在现场巡查，对现场设备、成品与半成品进行防护检查，直至办好交工验收及移交手续，业主接收后方能撤离。
Set up a full-time group of engineering protection, carrying out site inspections at any time in regards of on-site equipment, finished / semi-finished products under protection until Completion Acceptance and handover procedures before withdrawing after owners’ reception.

The stainless steel equipments are not allowed in direct contact with wire rope or other items made of iron.
10．在设备上不得任意焊接临时吊耳等。
It is disallowed welding any temporary lifting lugs on equipment. 11．在吊装过程中不得使设备受到严重的撞击和碰伤。
In the process of hoisting, the equipment should not be severely hit and scratched.

The causes and preventive measures for occurrence of potential accidents a) 人为因素非专业人员操作、违章指挥、违章操作、蛮干、管理不严格； By human factors — non-professional operation, giving directions against regulations, recklessness, liberal operation, irrigorous management.
b) 环境因素—施工现场有隐患，防护措施不齐备，违规违章存放危险品； Of environmental factors —hidden hazards at construction site, protective measures are not all ready, irregularities along with illegal storage of dangerous goods.
c) 电气焊工无证人员操作的；
That the operation of electric welder by undocumented workers.
d) 按要求规定对全体施工人员进行环境职业健康及安全生产教育，提高安全

Provisions of occupational health / environmental safety education for all construction workers, to enhance their sense of safety precautions.
e) 强化职工素质，加强管理，明确责任制度，做到人人清楚明白； To strengthen the quality of staffs and management, cognize the liability regimes, so that everyone can understand themselves.
f) 电气焊施工必须持当日有效的动火证，配备灭火设备及专人守护，施工后
应彻底消除隐患后方可离开。
The engineering person for electric / autogenous welding must hold a valid firing permit within that dating thereon, equipped with fire fighting amenities guarded by specially-assigned man; and after application, eliminate hidden hazardousness before leaving.
4．应急对策及信息传递
Emergency response and the transmission of information / messaging a) 发生紧急事故后，发现人员要立即报告应急组组长（项目经理）； In case of emergency, discovered staff shall immediately report to the contingency team leader (project manager)
b) 应急组长应立即将事故情况报告公司有关部门及甲方和监理；

The contingent leader should immediately report the incident to the supervision of relevant departments and the owner.
c) 应急小组成员立即到现场组织疏散现场人员，防止事态扩大，维护现场秩
序，接应救援人员赶快赴现场；
The Emergency Response Team members immediately rush to the scene, conducting the evacuation work, to prevent worsening situation; they will maintain the order at the scene and provide assistance for rescue personnel quickly to the scene.
d) 应急小组成员立即到现场组织人员并援救受伤的人员，送往最近的医院； ERT members immediately organize on the scene to rescue injured personnel, and send for the nearest hospital.
e) 安全员负责拨打110、119、120电话，寻求紧急援助；
The security officer holds responsible for phone call 110/119/120 seeking for emergency assistance.
f) 事故后，应急小组的要对发生事故的原因进行调查和分析； After an accident, the contingency team is to carry on investigation and analysis of the cause of the incident.
g) 应急组组长在24小时之内填写《应急情况（事故）处理记录》报公司主管
部门；
ERT leader will fill out《The treatment records of emergent situation (accident)》that will be reported to the competent department of the company within 24 hours.
