摘要：Superabsorbent polymer (SAP) particels containing a clay are disclosed. Theclay is added to an SAP hydrogel prior to SAP neutralization to provide particles havingimproved fluid acquisition rates and an improved permeability of a fluid through theswollen SAP-clay particles. Diaper cores and absorbent articles containing the SAP-clayparticles also are disclosed.
