摘要： Apparatus for detecting individual particles less than 10 microns in diameter ina fluid passing through the device. It comprises a body (1) provided with a conduit (2) bywhich, if when using this device, the fluid flows, then a light source (13) to be able todirect a light beam in the conduit ( 2), and finally a light detector (15) for detectingscattered light and from only a small portion of the cross-sectional area of the conduit(2). The arrangement is such that the light emitted by the light source (13) can notdirectly strike the light detector (15). This device enables to detect very lowconcentrations of particles in the fluid passing through the high flow.
