摘要：A cable connector assembly () for use with a complementary connector includesan electrical connector (), a cable () having signal conductors () and drain wires (), a spacer() and ground plates (). A terminal holder () of the connector has a printed circuit board ()attached thereto, which defines a number of first and second conductive pads () on

opposite surfaces () thereof. The first conductive pads are soldered to terminals () of theconnector and signal pads () of the second conductive pads are soldered to the signalconductors of the cable to thereby establish signal paths between the cable and thecomplementary connector. While, soldering portions () of the ground plates and drainwires are oppositely positioned on the opposite sides of the printed circuit board and aresoldered to corresponding ground pads () of the second conductive pads to therebyestablish first and second ground paths between the cable and the complementaryconnector.
