By the way, I am filling in the online application forms of CityU. I wonder if it is necessary for me to apply for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). The financial support of the it is attractive. However, I understand the scheme is set for qualified students and the applying involves a lot of processes.
