摘要：Manufacture of sugarfree maltitol sweets by heating a concentrated aqueoussolution of maltitol including at least 50% by weight of solid maltitol, the balance beingother sugar alcohols, at atmospheric pressure to a tempe- rature in the range 190-250°C, and preferably 200-210 °C, and then working the resulting mass into sweets in theusual manner.
