processing liquid from the drum interior (59) through the same front opening (60) into anoutlet (77) of the device (10), characterized in that the inlet pipe (34) is adapted to bepivoted (82) about an axis (37) extending transversely to its longitudinal direction, thatthe output end (43) of the inlet pipe (34) is provided with a pivot bearing seat (47) forhaving coupled thereto the front opening side of the drum end (56), the inlet pipe (34) -when coupled - together with the rotationally held drum (11) constituting a rigidstructure (31) which can be raised from working position into the discharge positionabout the pipe pivot axis (37), in which the front opening (60) of the drum (11) is at ahigher level than the input end (36) of the inlet pipe (34), and the inlet pipe (34) at the
