摘要：A method for spatial filtering of noise in a digital image includes localization ofan instantaneous pixel [P.sub.0 (x.sub.0,y.sub.0) ] having a noisy intensity [I.sub.0
(x.sub.0,y.sub.0)], definition of a sliding window [WD(x.sub.0,y.sub.0)] centered around theinstantaneous pixel, selection of a fixed or random number (N), of oriented randomelementary filters [F.sub.1, F.sub.2, . . . F.sub.N ] having an axis of orientation [P.sub.0Z.sub.1, P.sub.0 Z.sub.2, . . . , P.sub.0 Z.sub.N ] which passes through said instantaneouspixel, and having characteristics, at least one of which is random, including: an orientationangle [&thgr;. sub.1, . theta..sub.2, . . . &thgr;.sub.N ] between the axis of orientation and areference axis (OX), and a support size which is defined as a number of pixels, combinationof the intensities of the pixels on the supports of the elementary filters individually inorder to produce elementary intensities, and combination of the elementary intensities inorder to produce a filtered intensity [R.sub.0 (x.sub.0,y. sub.0)] to be applied to theinstantaneous pixel.
An image processing device carries out this method.
