摘要：A process and apparatus for producing a composite yarn in which an innercontinuous core yarn is covered with a layer of tightly wrapped staple fiber, the core isfed into a false twisting device located between the source of the core and its take-uppoint and staple fibers are conveyed by means of an applied electrostatic field to thesurface of the core as it is twisted on the up-stream side of the twisting device.
