摘要：To an unhardened concrete containing at least a cement, an aggregate andwater, an alkali silicate is added in a weight ratio of from 0.2% to 5.0%, preferably from

0.2% to 2.0%, with respect to the cement on a solid content basis. The concretecontaining the alkali silicate is placed into formwork as a temporary structure thatconfines the concrete to a predetermined shape and predetermined dimensions andsupports the concrete until it attains suitable strength, thereby constructing a concretestructure. The amount of formwork materials used is reduced, and the operatingefficiency and the physical properties of the concrete are improved.
