摘 要:随着煤炭开采深度的逐步增加和水电工程、交通工程的大规模建设,复杂条件下的岩体工程越来越多,岩体锚固理论与技术遇到了极大的挑战,出现了许多问题。首先,回顾了岩体锚固技术产生、发展的历程,从锚固提高岩体整体物理力学性能方面,介绍了岩体锚固机理研究的进展情况;其次,详细讨论了锚固界面失效形式及界面应力传递的相关理论;最后,指出考虑时间效应的锚固流变机理应是今后深部岩体工程研究的重点方向。 关键词:岩体加固;锚固效应;应力传递;流变机理 中图分类号:TD353

Progress of Research on Theories and Technologies of Rock Mass Anchorage

Abstract:With the gradual increase of mining depth and the large-scale construction of hydropower projects and traffic engineering,and the complex rock engineering becoming more and more existed,the theories and technologies of rock mass anchorage met with enormous challenges and many problems occurred.Firstly,the occurrence and development process of rock mass anchorage were reviewed and several achievements in study of rock mass anchorage mechanism were introduced from the aspect of the whole physical-mechanical properties improved by the anchoring of rock mass.Several typical theories on failure of interface patterns and the related theories of interface stress transmission were discussed in detail.Finally,the paper pointed out that anchorage rheology mechanism considering time effect should be the important research thrust of rock mass engineering in future in deep mines.

摘要:围绕深部复杂软岩巷道稳定性控制研究中存在的主要问题,在软岩巷道的变形破坏特征、围岩的变形破坏机理以及深部软岩巷道的稳定性控制等方面进行了系统而全面的研究。基于对深部复杂软岩巷道变形破坏特征与围岩变形破坏机理的研究成果,分别采用“三锚”联合支护技术、“长短锚”联合支护技术以及抗让结合的支护理念,研究确定了深部复杂软岩巷道稳定性控制的合理支护方案。监测数据和分析结果表明,所确定的软岩巷道的稳定性控制方案是合理、有效的,可以保证深部复杂软岩巷道的长期稳定性。 关键词:深部开采;软岩巷道;变形破坏特征;变形破坏机理;稳定性控制 中图分类号:TD325

Deformation Characteristics of Soft Rock Roadway in Deep Mines and

Supporting Control Technology

Abstract:This paper presented a systematic and comprehensive study on the main problems about the characteristics of deformation and failure of soft rock roadways,the mechanisms of deformation and failure of surrounding rocks and,the stability control of soft rock roadways in deep mine,etc.Some reasonable supporting plans were designed based on the achievement mentioned before by employing the supporting notion,i.e.respectively adopting the “three bolts” combination supporting technique,“long-short bolts” combination supporting technique and the technique by combining the resisting with yielding.The analysis results of monitoring data showed that the plan for controlling the stability of soft rock roadways was reasonable and effective and good enough to ensure the long-term stability of complicated soft rock roadways in deep mines.

摘 要:研究矿房矿柱在上覆岩层荷载作用下的长期稳定性对于保证石膏矿安全生产具有重要意义。运用FLAC3D软件粘弹塑性本构模型(cvisc模型),对石膏矿房矿柱的长期稳定性进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:巷道开挖后,顶底板移近量随着时间的延长而增加,最终趋于稳定;模拟10年内矿房顶底板移近量最大达到185.368 mm,两帮最大达到67.734 mm,但整体来说矿房变形量相对较小;模拟矿柱所受最大垂直应力,计算得到矿柱安全系数为1.84;矿房矿柱能够保持长期稳定。研究结果对类似条件下矿房矿柱的合理设计和稳定性分析具有重要指导意义。 关键词:石膏;矿房矿柱;长期稳定性;cvisc蠕变模型;数值模拟 中图分类号:TD853

Numerical Simulation Study on Long-term Stability of Rooms and

Pillars in Gypsum Mines

Abstract:It is significant for the study of long-term stability of rooms and pillars under the act of the overlying strata loads to ensure the safe production in gypsum mines.In the paper,the numerical simulation study for long-term stability of rooms and pillars in gypsum mines was carried out by use of the viscous-elastic-plastic constitutive model (cvisc model) of FLAC3D software.The results showed that after roadway excavation,the roof and floor convergences increased with the extension of time and eventually tended to stabilization;although the simulated maximum convergence of roofs and floors in rooms and at the sides of rooms reached 185.368 mm,67.734 mm within 10 years respectively,the deformations of rooms in whole were relatively small;the safety factor of ore pillar obtained by simulating the maximum vertical stress was 1.84;all above showed that the rooms and pillars could keep stability for a long time.The research results are of great significance for the reasonable design and stability analysis of rooms and pillars in similar conditions.

摘 要:针对不同力学特性的岩土体材料,基于现有的商业数值分析软件进行本构模型的二次开发,可以更为科学地模拟工程实际问题。根据FLAC3D提供的程序接口,以广义Kelvin模型为例,探讨了粘弹性模型开发的基本原理,同时给出了程序代码编写中的几个关键函数,并通过圆柱体的压缩试验对自定义本构模型进行验证。结果表明,试验曲线与广义Kelvin模型模拟曲线相吻合,验证了文中采用的开发思路是正确的,可为其他本构模型的开发提供参考。

Abstract:The secondary development of constitutive model for different mechanical characteristics of soil materials can simulate the practical problems reasonably based on the current commercial numerical software.According to the program interface provided by FLAC3D,the basic principle of the secondary development of viscoelastic model was analyzed by taking the generalized Kelvin model as example and at the same time,several key functions in the compiling process of program codes were given.By compression test of cylinder,the generalized Kelvin model was verified.The results showed a good agreement between the test curve and the curve of generalized Kelvin model.The conclusion is that the development idea used in the paper is correct and reliable,providing the references for the secondary development of other models. 摘 要:针对我国目前 “三下”压煤的现状和煤矿采掘产生的以煤矸石为主的固体废弃物的治理情况,系统介绍了充填法开采技术的发展历程、充填体的作用机理及影响因素;同时针对目前我国城市垃圾处理的现状,提出了袋装充填及城市垃圾充填方式。实施城市垃圾充填与采空区治理相结合,比传统的填埋、堆肥、焚烧处理垃圾方式,更有助于城市垃圾的规模化处理。充填法开采不仅带来工程实践意义的革新,而且实现了矿井的“掘”、“采”、“处”三元开采模式,其科学和工程意义重大。

Present Situation of Research on Backfilling Mining Technology

in Mines and Its Application Prospect

Abstract:Aiming at present situation of coal mining under buildings,railways and water bodies and the disposal state of solid wastes mainly including coal gangue mined out in coalmines in our country,the development history of backfilling mining technology,the action mechanism of filling body and its influencing factors were introduced systemically in the paper.Meanwhile,aiming at present situation of city garbage deposal in our country,the backfilling pattern of bagged wastes backfilling and city garbage backfilling was put forward.It is more helpful to deal with the city garbage on a large scale by combining the city garbage stowing with the treatment of mine gobs than traditional waste disposal methods,such as burying in land,compost piling and burning.Backfilling mining technology not only brings the innovation of engineering practice and realizes the triaxial mining pattern,including “roadway excavation”,“coal mining” and “waste disposal ”in mines and it is very significant to science and engineering. Abstract:Two current major environmental problems,i.e.,the harms induced by the surface subsidence in mines and the solid waste in cities were analyzed and according to the research status of municipal waste treatment and mining technology with stowing in mines,the paper proposed the future research thrusts of key technologies including the compression and solidification of municipal solid wastes,the design of stowing technology by using the city rubbish to fill gobs in coalmines,the research and development of stowing equipment and the adoption of effective scientific means to control all hazards induced by waste stowing.

Abstract: It is of great significance to locate the fault and detect its water transmissibility for the safe production of mines by applying the geophysical methods.EH4 electromagnetic imaging method is the combination of CSAMT and MT with the advantages of portability,flexibility,high resolution,and so on.The applied cases of fault locating and detection of its water transmissibility in Xinhong Coalmine,Shandong, show that the EH4 electromagnetic method has great superiority in locating the fault and detecting its water transmissibility.

摘 要:矿山开采沉陷是一种作用力集中、危害很大的地质灾害。它受地质条件和采矿条件等因素的影响,属于复杂的非线性力学问题,难以用数学模型描述,这给实际问题的解决带来困难。基于突变理论,研究了突变级数法在矿区地表开采沉陷损害等级预测中的应用。选取了某开采沉陷区的10个点作为样点,通过分析采空区长度、采空区宽度、开采深厚比、煤层厚度和煤层倾角等5个主要影响因素,确定预测指标体系,计算了各学习样本突变级数值。结果表明,该区开采沉陷损害A级与B级的突变级数临界值为0.91,B级与C级的突变级数临界值为0.85。利用检验样本对突变级数法的计算结果进行验证,结果和实测值基本一致,从而证明突变级数法对地表开采沉陷损害等级预测的可行性和实用性。

The Prediction on Damage Grade of Surface Subsidence Induced by Mining

Based on Catastrophe Progression Method

Abstract:Mining subsidence is one kind of geological disasters with the concentrated force and great harm.It can be influenced by geological and mining conditions and is a complicated nonlinear dynamic problem and is difficult to be predicted by mathematic models.This paper discussesed the application of catastrophe progression method on predicting the grade of surface subsidence induced by mining.In our study,10 points of some mining area were selected as sample points and predicting index system was determined and the values of catastrophe progression were calculated by analyzing 5 main factors,such as the length and width of the gob,the ratio of depth and thickness of seams mined,the thickness and dip angle of seams.The results show that the critical value of catastrophic progression for the damage of mining subsidence with Grade A and Grade B in this area is 0.91;with Grade B and Grade C,0.85.And,the calculated results with catastrophic progression method were verified with the testing samples and basically in accordance with the measured values.The results prove that the catastrophe progression method is feasible and practicable.

摘 要:为研究孤岛煤柱膏体充填开采覆岩运动规律,对岱庄煤矿2351膏体充填工作面支架压力进行了实际观测和分析。由于周围工作面回采结束时间较长,采空区内覆岩跨落后已经基本稳定。该工作面充填开采顶板初次来压步距为33.6 m,监测到的前4次周期来压步距分别为18.3、8.8、13.7、9 m。膏体充填条带煤柱开采采场与覆岩结构的特殊性决定了第一个周期来压步距相对较大。由于三面采空,虽然采用膏体充填采空区支撑上覆岩层,工作面顶板及其上覆岩层的断裂和下沉仍然十分显著。充填膏体的支撑作用使采场宏观矿压显现不明显,但三面的采空导致支架上的工作阻力较大,在推采停顿时间较长时矿压显现尤为明显。 关键词:孤岛煤柱;膏体充填;覆岩运动;来压步距 中图分类号:TD325

Study on the Law of Overburden Movement during Isolated Coal Pillar

Mining with Paste Filling

Abstract:In order to study the law of overburden movement during isolated coal pillar mining with paste filling,the pressures on supports in Face 2351 with paste filling in Daizhuang coalmine were observed and analyzed.Because it was a long time after mining,the overburden collapsed was basically stable in goaf around Face 2351.The first weighting spacing was 33.6 m in the face,and the spacing of first 4 periodic weighting monitored was 18.3,8.8,13.7,9 m.The special structure of the working face and overburden in paste filling strips determined that the first periodic weighting spacing was larger than others.Although the overburden was supported with filled paste,the rupture of roof and subsidence of overlying strata were quite obvious with three sides of the face being gobs.The supporting action of filled paste resulted that the macro-mining pressure was not obvious in the face,but the situation of coal mined out in three sides of the face leaded that the working resistance on supports became greater,and the ground pressure occurred more obviously,especially after the longer stop of the mining.

摘要:以济三煤矿6303工作面地质条件为背景,进行了断层冲击矿压相似模拟试验研究。利用TDS-6微震采集系统记录了试验过程微震信号,通过对微震信号频谱分析,并结合采动过程中矿压显现特征,总结提炼出断层滑移失稳微震信号的重要波形特征。试验结果表明:采动作用可诱发断层滑移失稳,如果断层围岩系统处于临界应力状态,则很小的扰动就能引起断层滑移失稳。冲击震动波传播遇到断层等不连续面时发生反射、折射,震动波部分或者完全不能穿过断层,导致在断层的另一盘监测不到震动信号。而断层滑移失稳是断层两盘发生的突然相对错动。因此,断层两盘是否监测到明显的震动信号,可以作为断层发生活化的判据。这一结论对于利用微震监测系统监测预报断层冲击矿压具有一定的借鉴意义。

Frequency Spectrum Analysis on Micro-seismic Signal of Similar

Simulation Test of Fault Rock Burst

Abstract:According to the geological conditions of Face No 6303 in Jining No 3 coalmine,the similar simulation test of fault rock burst was carried out.The microseismic (MS) signals were recorded by the TDS-6 MS test system.The character of MS signal waveform caused by fault slip destabilization was summarized and abstracted by using the frequency spectrum analysis method and combining with the character of abutment pressure in the process of test.The results indicate that the fault slip destabilization can be induced by coal mining operation,the fault slip destabilization will happen with even a small tremor if the fault and its surrounding rock system are in a critical state of stress equilibrium.The shock wave propagation will be reflected,refracted and absorbed by the discontinuity,such as fault plane.These make the shock wave can't go through the fault and can't be monitored in the other plate.A fault slip destabilization is a phenomenon of sudden slip between upper plate and lower plate of the fault.Based on the results,whether the clear MS signals can be monitored at two plates of fault can be a criterion of fault activity.This conclusion will generate considerable important directive significance for monitoring and forecasting the hazard of fault rock burst with MS monitoring system in coalmines.

摘 要:星村煤矿深部冲击矿压危险问题突出。分析了E3101里面两集中巷冲击矿压危险性及影响因素,提出了冲击矿压防治方案:首先采用微震区域性监测、电磁辐射局部危险性监测及钻屑法进行冲击矿压危险性监测,其次依据冲击矿压的强度弱化减冲原理,采用钻孔卸压、煤体爆破等软化煤体手段解除冲击矿压危险,最后根据“强弱强”理论对已卸压的巷道形成高强度支护体系,制定并落实危险区域应急救援预案。实践证明,通过多种冲击矿压危险监测、预测预报与冲击矿压解危技术、深井支护技术的综合应用,在一定程度上可以控制深部矿井开采中的冲击矿压灾害。

Abstract:The problems of rock bursts in deep part of Xingcun Coalmine are very serious.The danger and influencing factors of rock bursts in two common roadways of Face E3101 were analyzed.A scheme for prevention and control of rock bursts were proposed as follows:Firsly,with SOS,EME and drilling method,the risks of rock bursts were monitored.Secondly,according to the intensity weakening principle for rock burst,the drilling method was used to relieve the pressure and coal blasting was used to soften the coal-body in order to get rid of rock burst risk.Lastly,based on the “strong-weak-strong” theory,the high-strength support system for relieved roadways was formed and then,an emergency rescue plan for hazardous area was developed and implemented.Practice has proved that the comprehensive application of various monitoring techniques,the forecasting,releasing and supporting techniques for rock bursts in deep mine can,to a certain extent,control the rock burst risk in deep mines.

摘 要:华丰煤矿是我国冲击地压灾害最严重的矿井之一,随着开采深度的增加,冲击地压越来越严重地威胁着矿井安全生产。因此,采用微地震监测技术,结合覆岩空间结构理论,进行冲击地压预测预报与防治成套技术研究非常有意义。通过研制微地震数据处理软件,实现了微地震监测结果的可视化,并能对微地震监测结果进行及时处理;通过采场覆岩空间结构运动和关键层运动诱发冲击地压的机理研究,找到了冲击地压监测预警新技术。实践应用证明,该套技术能成功地预报大型冲击地压,以便及时采取卸压和防护措施,保证矿井安全,取得了显著的社会经济效益。

Research on Complete Techniques for Prediction and Control of Rock Bursts

Abstract:Huafeng Colliery is one of the mines threatened by most serious rock bursts,and becomes more and more serious with the increase of mining depth.For this reason,Huafeng Colliery carried out the research on complete techniques for prediction and control of rock bursts by adopting micro-seismic monitoring technique and combining with the spatial structure theory of overlying strata.The micro-seismic monitoring result is visible and is handled promptly by data processing software of micro-seismic monitoring.The new rock burst predicting technique was obtained based on the study on the mechanism of spatial structure movement of overlying strata and key layer movement inducing rock bursts in working faces in Huafeng Colliery.The practical application proved that the complete techniques could predict many large-scale rock bursts successfully,so as to take measures of pressure discharge and control in time and ensure the safe production of mines,achieving the remarkable social and economic benefits.

摘 要:以鲁西矿3煤重复采动为研究背景,采用现场实测和数值模拟的方法对厚煤层重复采动条件下的覆岩破裂规律进行了研究。结果表明,覆岩裂隙带发育高度随着采空区形成时间的增加而降低;上分层开采后裂隙带发育高度为34.73 m,裂高采厚比为15.1,与上分层相比,下分层开采导致的裂隙带发育高度增加为41.51 m,但趋势变弱,裂高采厚比仅为13.84;数值模拟最终裂隙带发育高度为39.4 m,与实测结果吻合较好。研究结果对于类似厚煤层重复采动条件下的覆岩破裂规律预测和合理提高安全开采上限具有重要指导意义。 关键词:厚煤层;重复采动;覆岩;数值模拟;开采上限 中图分类号:TD325

Study on Fracturing and Development Rules of Overlying Strata under

Repeated Mining in Thick Coal Seam

Abstract:Taking the repeated mining in Seam 3 of Luxi Colliery as the study background,the fracturing rules of overlying strata under repeated mining of thick coal seam were studied by using the methods of field measurement and numerical simulation.The results indicated that the development height of crack zone in overlying strata reduced with the increase of time in forming of gobs;the development height of crack zone after mining of upper slice was 34.73 m,the ratio of crack height and mining thickness was 15.1;the height of crack zone increased to 41.51 m induced by the mining of lower slice,but the increase trend declined and the ratio was only 13.84;the final development height of crack zone in numerical simulation was 39.4m,in good accordance with measured results.The results are of great significance in prediction of the fracturing rules of overlying strata for the similar mining conditions and the raise of the upper boundary of safe mining.

Field Measurement Study on Deformation Rules of Surrounding Rocks of

Gateways Driving along Next Goaf under Limestone Roof

Abstract:The immediate roofs of gateways in Seams No.15 U,16 U and 17 are generally limestone with different thicknesses.In order to maximize the load capacity of limestone,reduce the support costs of roadways and improve the production efficiency of the mine,the ground pressure observation of surrounding rocks under different thicknesses of limestone of Gateway 17304 driving along next goaf was carried out,and then,rules and characteristics of the deformation in surrounding rocks around Gateway 17304 driving along next goaf were obtained.The results provide the reliable basis for reasonable support design of roadways driving along next goaf under different limestone conditions.

Abstract: With the development of mechanization in coalmines,the methods and technologies of mining in coalmines are towards the direction of efficient and intensive productions,producing large amount of dusts and threatening the safe and efficient production of coal and the physical and mental health of operation personnel.This paper summarized the current research and application of the prevention and control of dusts,such as the dust reduction with water spraying,chemical dust collection,dust isolation with air curtain and dust collection with dust collectors in coalfaces.The paper also discussed the development tendency in the prevention and control of dusts,expecting to provide various methods and means for the prevention and control of coal dusts in heading and wining faces.

摘 要:我国近年来煤矿重特大事故频发,2005—2010年,仅一次死亡30人以上的特别重大煤矿事故就发生了40余起,给我国国民经济和国际声誉造成了很大影响。依据国家煤矿安全生产监督管理局事故统计数据,根据煤矿事故致害原因类别不同,选取2005—2010年间发生的典型煤矿重特大事故案例34起,统计各起事故发生原因,并分析事故发生机理,从新的视觉角度创新性地提出了煤矿事故人失误致因模型,对模型进行了合理并有效的分析,并据此提出了符合我国国情的研发、管理、执法三类团队建设的安全管理新思路,研究成果为减少我国煤矿事故的发生及煤炭行业安全的管理提供了依据。

Coal Mine Accident Human Error Model and Team Construction Safety

Abstract:In recent years,some severe and especially big accidents in coalmines have occurred in our country.During 2005—2010,more than 40 coalmine accidents have happened with more than 30 persons died once.It has brought serious impact on national economy and international reputation of China.According to the accident statistical data come from the National Bureau of Coalmine Safety Production Supervision and Administration and the different types of coalmine accident reasons,we chose 34 typical major accident cases in coalmines happened during 2005—2010,made the statistics of reasons for each accident,did the analysis about coalmine accident mechanism and put forward an innovative model of coalmine accidents induced by human errors from the new visual angle,and did a reasonable and effective analysis for the model and also proposed a new safety management thought for the team construction with “research development”“,management” and “law enforcement” functions.Research results may provide the new countermeasures for safety management of coal industry and the reduction of coalmine accidents in our country.

Application of Fuzzy Method in Reliability Analysis of Waste Rock Dumps

in Mining Areas

Abstract:The waste rock dump is a product accumulated by the coal wastes disorderly in mining area with its poor stability and,then,the landslide may easily occur during the disadvantageous weather conditions and accordingly cause enormous geological hazards.It was found that there were some risks when the traditional safety factor method was used to evaluate the stability of waste rock dumps because of the variability and fuzziness of physical and mechanical parameters of waste bulks.In this paper,a stability analysis method,i.e.,fuzzy point estimation method was presented based on the reliability theory and fuzzy theory.It is pracatical and effective for the stability assessment of waste rock dumps.As an example,the method was applied to evaluate the stability of a waste rock dump in Songzao Coalmine,Chongqing,showing that the failure possibility of the dump could be very high.

摘 要:针对淄博矿业集团岱庄煤矿4321工作面两顺槽实际揭露煤层最大厚度5.5 m,最小厚度1.60 m,局部煤厚4 m以上,煤层平均厚度为3.82 m的特点,为最大限度地回收煤炭资源,根据《煤矿安全规程》和《关于淄博矿务局岱庄煤矿北翼采区3煤提高开采上限的批复》的要求,结合4321工作面基岩厚度、第四系底界粘土隔水层厚度、工作面受水威胁情况,把4321工作面回采分为五个块段:第一、三、五块段采用综采一次采全高,第二块段采用综采放顶煤开采,第四块段采用限厚综采。一个工作面内根据煤层情况分别采用不同的采煤方法,对倡导节约型社会来说,经济效益和社会效益都是十分巨大的。 关键词:隔水层;受水威胁;综放;限厚综采 中图分类号:TD824.5 文献标志码:A

Abstract:According to the change characteristics of coal thickness:the maximum of 5.5 meters,the minimum of 1.6 meters,the part thickness over 4 meters and the average of 3.82 meters exposed by two gateways in Face 4321 of Daizhuang coalmine,Zibo mining group Co.Ltd.,in order to obtain the max recovery of coal resources and according to the requirements of 《Safety Regulations in Coalmine》and《An official,written reply to the raise of upper boundary of Seam 3 in mining district in north area of Daizhuang Coalmine,Zibo Mining Group Co.Ltd.》and combining the thickness of basement rock with the thickness of floor aquiclude of Quaternary system and the working face conditions threatened by water,the five parts are divided in Face 4321:the fully mechanized mining method can be used in the 1st,3rd,5th parts;the fully mechanized sub-level caving mining can be used in the 2nd part,and the fully mechanized mining with limited mining height can be used in the 4th part,therefore,obtaining the great save of coal resources and creating the considerable economic and social benefits.

Abstract:Aimed at two problems of the mining under villages and the raise of upper boundary of mining in Taiping coalmine,this article made a detailed research and experiment of the paste filling mining according to the present filling technology and the regulation of mining under the villages.Each link of the paste filling mining has been discussed in the paper,such as the selection of filling materials,the mixture ratio of raw materials,the design of techno-logy system,filling processes,et al.The observation of surface subsidence and the analysis of subsidence control show that the paste filling mining is feasible and effective.It can provide the technical reference for the coal mining under villages.
