Scope
This standard contains specifications for hexalobular socket raised head screws with collar with coarse pitch thread, withnominal thread diameter from 3 mm to 8 mm, with property classes 8.8 in product grade A.The gauging of the hexalobular internal driving feature is specified in MBN 10 168.
Approval of suppliers
All Torx licensees of the Camcar Division of Textron Inc., USA, have unrestricted approval.
Other manufacturers wishing to be granted approval shall ensure that their products comply with the licensee's technicalrequirements. Product testing is required.
